In 2013, 20 Partners/Affiliates or 40% of the Network allocated 10%-14.9% of their 2013 budgets for volunteer development respectively. This is followed by 15 Partners/Affiliates (30%) who allocated 5%-9.9%, 5 Partners/Affiliates (10%) who allocated 0%-4.9%, 5 Partners/Affiliates (10%) who allocated 15%-19.9%, and 5 Partners/Affiliates (10%) who allocated more than 20%.
